. We base our independent assessments on AS4655-2005 and the referenced installation standards
The business focus has been driven primarily by our customers needs and this has seen our prime efforts going to the provision of independent fire safety assessments based upon Australian Standard AS 4655. While our customers appreciate our independence from the service provider, a bonus is our capability to perform additional services whilst at the customer's building - this includes thermographic infrared checks of the electrical distribution boards, mechanical switchboards, HVAC equipment, pumps, cooling towers and potable hot water services. Additionally we can check the conditioned space (Temp/RH/CO2) to outside air (comparative) giving an indication of how well the building is performing at providing thermal comfort, as well we can assess the premises access to AS1428 (refer premises access standard or contact us for what it means to you) and other issues as discussed with our customer. Whilst we are a family business, rest assured that every staff member is committed to delivering on what we promise.
Our assessors have an intimate knowledge of not just the current Australian and International Installation and Maintenance Standards associated with Essential Services and Building Code of Australia, but on other older pertinent codes and standards many dating back to the 1960’s. In addition, our friendly and professional staff is here to answer any questions you may have about our company or our services.
