We physically visit the site/s, we make the assessment, we identify any issues of concern which would preclude the issue of an Annual Fire Safety Statement (or State equivalent) and detail what is needed to restore performance to not less than that of the installation standard and we also any other minor issues of concern or where enhancements should be considered for site, safety or energy improvements. Our company is always evolving as the needs or our customers change and as new opportunities are created in the market. Customer Relations: At FIREASSESS® , we took on this name to more firmly establish our focus to our customers for fire safety assessment audits (and we couldn’t find anything with the NDIBS initials to match). We shall continue to provide the broader building services engineering assessments to reflect the broad range of our customers requirements. Our highest priority is satisfied customers. You are important to us and you can expect us to deliver. Superior customer service has been the hallmark of NDIBS and shall continue under the FIREASSESS® brand.
